This Privacy Policy details our operational commitments to candidate data privacy, client requisition confidentiality, and compliance with US labor standards.
2. Strict Right-to-Represent (RTR) Protocol
We maintain an unwavering commitment to candidate consent:
- No blind submissions: A candidate's resume, work history, and contact details are NEVER submitted to any client without explicit verbal or written Right-to-Represent confirmation.
- Rate transparency: Agreed billing and pay rates are locked in prior to client presentation.
3. Data Collection and Security
We collect only data necessary for technical recruitment, E-Verify I-9 employment verification, and compliant payroll processing (W2, C2C, or 1099). All candidate documentation is stored in SOC-2 compliant encrypted repositories.
