1. Engagement Models

HenceHire provides IT talent solutions through formalized Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) under four primary delivery frameworks:

• Contract Staff Augmentation: Time-and-materials billing with Net-30 terms upon approved client timesheets.
• Contract-to-Hire (C2H): Standard 3- to 6-month trial terms with zero conversion fees upon completion.
• Direct Hire: Contingent placement fees subject to a 90-day replacement guarantee.
• Managed Pods (SOW): Milestone-driven delivery agreements with defined SLA criteria.

2. Replacement Warranty

If a placed consultant does not meet technical benchmarks during the initial two weeks of an engagement, HenceHire will immediately supply a qualified replacement and credit the initial onboarding hours.

3. Governing Law

All service contracts and commercial agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, under Agra Consulting LLC.
